The CN3 from Intermec is the perfect SmartAntenna companion, utilizing the optional Intermec supplied Vehicle Serial Cradle to connect the SmartAntenna to the CN3. By permanently mounting all communications including GPS, in the vehicle, the vehicle is protected from theft, is recoverable and the data collected for mileage is accepted by the DOT. By utilizing the vehicle cradle, the portable handheld device when in the cradle can both send and recieve messages and data, the device is charged and the device and driver are protected when in the vehicle because the device is held securely.
