BABACO Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure:

RETURN POLICY

There will be NO refunds on any product that has been opened or used, and NO refunds will be given on any Babaco assembled product with a key code (i.e., locks, cylinders, etc.).

All warranty exchanges are subject to approval by an authorized Babaco service representative.

An RMA number must be issued prior to the return of a Babaco product (excluding assembled product with a key code).

 

Exchanging a BABACO product:

All warranty exchanges MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

Customers must request an RMA number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. 

To obtain an RMA number please fax Return Authorization Form to Babaco at: (201) 804-8717

Babaco’s support staff will contact you within 2 business days with an RMA number

No exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.

An RMA number MUST be written on the outside of box when returning any product.

 

There will be a $25.00 fee for any approved exchange. 

In addition, customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returned products. 

All warranty exchanges must have the original packaging and accessories.

 

Returning a product damaged during shipping:

Customer must notify Babaco of any damage within 72 hours of the delivery date and time as noted by the shipper.

If the damage is obvious at the time the shipper delivers the product, please refuse delivery.

Customer inflicted damage to any Babaco product will void the device warranty and the item will not be replaced by Babaco.

Please download, print, fill out and sign the RMA request form. Please describe the damage and the condition of any packaging the item came in.

Replacements will be issued within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock. A Babaco Service Representative will contact you if the replacement time will be longer.

Shipping Policy

Babaco is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the shipper; Shipping insurance can be requested by Customer at the Customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for shipping products back for return or exchange.

Babaco does not reimburse customers for return shipping costs.

Babaco reserves the right to select the carrier and method of shipment.  Babaco’s standard shipping method is ground.  Babaco will ship overnight at Customers request and cost.
