BABACO Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure:
All returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
To obtain an RMA number please fax Return Authorization Form to Babaco at: (201) 804-8717
Babaco’s support staff will contact you within 2 business days with an RMA number
An RMA number MUST be written on the outside of box when returning any product.

Returning a BABACO Product:
Exchanges – Customers must request an RMA number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No exchanges will be made without an RMA number.
An RMA number must be requested and issued prior to the return of any product.
No refund will be given on any product that has been opened or used.
No refund will be given on any customized Babaco product (i.e., locks, cylinders, etc.). Exchanges are allowed and credit will be issued towards exchange.
Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returned products. In addition a $75.00 charge for all Babaco customized products will be assessed (i.e. locks, keys, etc.)
All returns must have the original packaging and accessories.
Exchanging a BABACO product:
There will be a $25.00 exchange fee for the exchange of any product (except customized products). An RMA number must be issued prior to the return of any product.
All exchanges are subject to approval by an authorized Babaco service representative.
Returning a product damaged during shipping:
Customer must notify Babaco of any damage within 72 hours of the delivery date and time as noted by the shipper.
If the damage is obvious at the time the shipper delivers the product, please refuse delivery.
User inflicted damage to any Babaco product will void the device warranty and the item will not be replaced by Babaco.
Please download, print, fill out and sign the RMA request form. Please describe the damage and the condition of any packaging the item came in.
Replacements will be issued within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock. A Babaco Service Representative will contact you if the replacement time will be longer.
Babaco is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the shipper; please purchase appropriate insurance.
Customers are responsible for shipping products back for return or exchange.
Babaco does not reimburse customers for return shipping costs.
Babaco reserves the right to select the carrier and method of shipment. Babaco’s standard shipping method is ground. Babaco will ship overnight at customers request and cost.
